Partial payment of duties on goods received, for just-in-time use in Colombia.
Partial processing of goods within the National Customs Territory (TAN), without the need for payment of duties or customs procedures.
Tax Benefits:
Single income tax rate of 20% for industrial users instead of the full rate of 33%.
Sales of goods and services from the National Customs Territory to industrial users are exempt from VAT. (Tax Code, Article 481 of Law 1004/2005).
No VAT on purchases of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods acquired within the National Customs Territory.
Possibility of carrying out partial processing outside the Free Trade Zone for up to 9 months.
Municipal Benefits:
- 10-Year Exemption from the Industry and Commerce Tax (ICA) and the Signage Tax, provided the business employs at least 10 residents of the municipality of Yotoco.
10-Year Property Tax Freeze, due to the NO INCREASE in the assessed value of the property.
